Dear People,
Day in and day out we face a lot of challenging situations(where we look like a puppet!) in the office. We crib about them, we cry out loud, we do a lot of whining and twitching...and what not...but lets look at it clearly once again and see what we can do to improve the situation at hand and how best to deal with them. I know we read books - good ones like 'GOAL', 'Art of Project Management' and more....but still some basic thread is missing. Thats peer level knowledge sharing on these issues
So I wanted all those so called IT czars and whiz kids to write here on everyday office politics and challenges that sucks the life out of people and the most important thing - How to find a SOLUTION?
I would appreciate people giving more ideas and suggestions.
